Micromax has finally released the Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean update for Micromax Canvas II A110. However this update will not be provided ‘over the air’ meaning you can’t just download and install it on your phone the way other phones get updated. You will have to visit Micromax service center to get the update.
Apart, from that Micromax has also shared the Jelly Bean update file which you can get hold of on XDA Forum. In case you are not comfortable with doing the technical stuff yourself, we will advise you not to choose this option.
As a result of this update performance of Canvas II is expected to improve as Jelly bean is much smoother than ICS thanks to the Google’s Project Butter which was about making it smoother lighter and more user friendly.
