Micromax seems to be in a launching spree. After announcing four new handsets recently that includes the A84, A90, A100 and A57, the Indian mobile phone manufacturer has now unveiled a new Android smartphone. Called as the Ninja 4.0 A87, the phone comes with a 4 inch screen.
Micromax Ninja 4.0 A87 is based on Android 2.3.5 operating system and runs on a 1 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. However, the best part of this phone is its price which at around Rs 6,000 is unmatched by any other player.
However, users also have to say sacrifice some features like proximity sensor, which switches off the screen when placed near the ear while making a call.
Micromax Ninja 4 also has just a 2 Megapixel camera but there is no front facing camera. The phone is a single SIM one and that is a bigger surprise given that Micromax has always been associated with Dual SIM. However, other features like 3G, WiFi, Gravity Sensor, and GPS is all there, making this product a great value for money.
The phone also gets a 1400 mAh battery with claimed talk-time of 5 hours. Ninja 4.0 A87 will be available in White, Black and Silver colour and is likely to hit the market today with Saholic.com being one of the seller.
