Xiaomi continued to keep its record intact with Mi 4 getting sold out in today’s flash sale in just 15 seconds. However the good fortunes were not shared by its opponent, OnePlus One, which was still “In Stock†at the time of writing this news at 6 PM. However, news reports claimed that the OnePlus One went out of stock in 30 minutes but even if it did, it still shows that the craze for the phone is on the wane.
Surprisingly, there was no such announcement by Xiaomi about today’s flash sale of Redmi Note 4G (at the time of writing this news), 40,000 units of which were available for flash sale via Flipkart. Note that up to 25,000 units of Xioami Mi 4 were available for flash sale today and the sale started at 2 PM while sale of Redmi Note 4G started at 5 PM.
The Redmi Note 4G is facing stiff competition after the launch of Yu Yureka and Lenovo A6000 while OnePlus One’s prospects are definitely on the wane after the launch of Mi 4 in India. Besides, a lot of good handsets like Lenovo Vibe X2 and today’s Lenovo S90 besides, a host of other handsets are available for around Rs 20,000. Moreover, Xiaomi’s Mi 4 (64 GB) is also set to be launched this month for Rs 23,999.
