A Meizu smartphone with the model name ‘M686G’ has reportedly passed the Compulsory Certification of China (3C), which as per reports could be Meizu’s upcoming Pro 6 Plus smartphone.
According to the Chinese media, this smartphone is the same Exynos 8890 powered Meizu m96 (model name) which was spotted on AnTuTu in the month of August.
As per earlier AnTuTu benchmark listing, the Meizu m96 aka Meizu Pro 6 Plus features a 5.5-inch display with QHD (2560 x 1440 pixels) resolution. It has Samsung’s Exynos 8890 chipset that comes with Mali-T880, 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. On the camera front, the device sports a 12-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The upcoming device scored around 120k in AnTuTu benchmark.
Further as per the report, the Meizu Pro 6 Plus smartphone is expected to see the lights next month.
