Meizu had launched 4GB variant of MX6 smartphone in China at 1,999 Yuan (approximately Rs 19,917). Now the company has come up with the 3GB variant of the handset. The 3GB variant of smartphone is priced at 1799 Yuan (approximately Rs 17,924) and will be available from October 1st onwards.
Except 3GB of RAM rest of the specifications are identical to earlier 4GB variant of Meizu MX6.
Just to recall, Meizu MX6 has a metal unibody design and features a 5.5-inch full HD (1920 x 1080) display. It is armed with 2.3GHz GHz Deca-Core MediaTek Helio X20 64-bit processor, which is paired with Mali-T880 GPU, and 32GB internal storage. It is also has expandable storage options via microSD card.
The MX6 runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow on top of which lies Meizu’s Flyme 5.5OS. It gets its strength from 3060mAh non-removable battery with 24-watt Fast charging support.
On the camera front, the Meizu MX6 sports a 12-megapixel snapper with Sony IMX386 sensor, Dual tone LED flash, 4K video recording capability and PDAF on the back panel. On its front panel, it has a 5-megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture for selfies and video calling. It has a bio-metric fingerprint scanner (mTouch 2.1) and comes with a USB Type-C port as well. Besides, the smartphone offers Dual-SIM 4G LTE with VoLTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi (802.11ac) and GPS/AGPS.
