Meizu has unveiled its latest smartphone in China, which is dubbed as Meizu MX5e. The smartphone said to be the lite version of Meizu MX5 which was launched in India last year for Rs 19,999. The MX5e is priced at 1499 Yuan (approximately Rs. 15,318) and will be available for purchase in coming days.
The Meizu MX5e has a full metal unibody design and feature a 5.5 inch Full HD (1080p) AMOLED Display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by a 2.0 GHz Mediatek (MT6795) processor, which is paired with 3GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal storage.
The MX5e flaunts an 16-megapixel shooter on the back with laser aided focusing technology, dual tone LED flash and a 5-megapicel selfie camera. Besides, the smartphone offers Dual SIM, 4G, 3150 mAh battery, fingerprint scanner, WiFi (802.11 a/b/g/n 2.4/5 GHz), Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and a Micro USB port. The handset measures 7.6mm thickness and weighs 149 grams.
