Meizu recently unveiled Meizu M3 at an event in China. Now according to reports, metal variant of Meizu M3 will be unveiled this June 13 in China.
The new Meizu M3 Metal was also recently spotted on the website of Chinese certification agency, TENAA. As per the listing, Meizu M3 Metal has a 5-inch display with 1280 x 720 Resolution and a 1.5 GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6750 processor. It comes in two variants – one with 2GB and 16GB of internal storage and another with 3GB RAM with 32GB of internal memory, both supporting 128 GB expandable storage via micro SD card. The M3 Metal is expected to have a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash, a 5 megapixel front facing camera and a 3000 mAh battery.
The phone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and the images reveal that it has a Gold colour version. Connectivity options of the device are expected to include dual SIM, 4G-LTE, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS/A-GPS and a micro USB 2.0 port.
To recall, the Meizu M3 was launched in 2GB RAM variant that has 16 GB Internal Memory and is priced at 599 yuan (approximately Rs 6,150) while its 3 GB variant with 32 GB internal memory has a price tag of 799 yuan (approximately Rs 8,200).
The M3 offers a 5-inch display with HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS 2.5D curved glass display. It is powered by octa-core MediaTek MT6750 (4 x 1.5GHz A53 + 4 x 1.0GHz A53) Processor and Mali T860 GPU. The phone can hold a micro SD card of up to 128GB in its expandable storage slot. The smartphone runs on on YunOS with FlyMe 5.1 on the top of it and is backed up by a 2,870 mAh battery.
The Meizu M3 has a 13-megapixel rear camera that comes with dual-tone LED flash and phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF) feature that lets you focus in just 0.2 seconds while a 5-megapixel selfie camera is in its front. On the connectivity front, the device offers Hybrid Dual SIM, 4G LTE, Bluetooth, GPS, and a MicroUSB port. The handset measures 141.5 x 69.5 x 8.3 mm and weighs 132 grams.
Recently, Meizu launched Meizu M3 Note in India for Rs 9,999.
