Meizu M3 Max spotted with Android Marshmallow on GeekBench

Meizu M3 Maxis expected to launch on September 5.

Meizu is expected to launch a large screen phone on September 5 in Beijing which is named as Meizu M3 Max. Now ahead of that, the smartphone has been spotted on GeekBench website. Meizu has already sent out invitations for the September 5th event.

In the GeekBench listing, the Meizu M3 Max got 785 points in single-core test and in muli-core test it received 3041 points. As per the listing on Geekbench, the Meizu M3 Max has 3GB RAM and MediaTek6755 1 GHz octa core processor. The handset is based on the 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.

As per earlier rumors, the Meizu M3 Max is expected to come with 6 inch display and 4GB of RAM. It is rumored to be powered by Helio P20 64-bit octa-core processor which is in contrary to the latest Geekbench spotting of MediaTek6755 which is Helio P10.

Furthermore, the smartphone is expected to come in two variants of 32GB and 64GB internal storage. The 32GB of Meizu M3 Max is expected to cost 1,799 Yuan (approximately Rs 18,080) while 64GB is rumored to be priced at 1,999 Yuan (approximately Rs 20,080). The 64GB storage model will allegedly come with the mPen stylus. Both the variants of this smartphone will come with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow pre-installed with Meizu’s Flyme OS on top.
