Meizu has today launched Meizu 16X smartphone in China. The Meizu 16X is priced at 2098 Yuan (Rs 22,285 approx.) for the 64GB storage and 2398 Yuan (Rs 25,470 approx.) for the 128GB storage variants. The smartphone comes in Black, White and Gold colour options and it will be available for sale in China starting September 26.
The Meizu 16X features 6-inch (1080 × 2160 pixels) Full HD+ AMOLED Display with 90.62% screen to body ratio and 402 PPI. The display also features in-display fingerprint sensor which comes with 0.25s recognition speed and 99.12% recognition rate.
The smartphone is armed with octa-core Snapdragon 710 Processor with Adreno 616 GPU. It is coupled with 6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB internal storage.
For the photography, the Meizu 16X comes equipped with dual rear camera setup of 12-megapixel rear camera with Wide-Angle lens, 1/2.3″ Sony IMX380 sensor, 1.55μm Pixel size, f/1.8 aperture, Four-axis OIS, PDAF, Laser auto-focus and a secondary 20-megapixel telephoto lens, Sony IMX350 sensor, f/2.6 aperture, 6-LED ring LED flash. For the front, it has a 20-megapixel camera with f/2.0 Aperture and AI Portrait mode.
Meizu 16X runs Android 8.1 (Oreo) with Flyme OS out of the box. For the battery, it has 3100mAh battery with mCharge fast charging. It features connectivity options like Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, NFC, GPS + GLONASS, 3.5mm Headphone jack and USB Type-C. It has dimensions: 151×73.5 x7.5mm and weight is 154 grams.
