Meet Keecoo K1: A smartphone made for females

The smartphone has a unique design with hexagonal 'Diamond V' shape, to fit the "small hands of women".

Chinese startup, Keecoo Mobile has released a women-centric smartphone in Chinese market, which is named as Keecoo K1.

The smartphone has a unique design with hexagonal ‘Diamond V’ shape, that will be fit the “small hands of women”. The smartphone has a CNC metal frame which is joined with the curved back cover for better grip. Keecoo calims that in order to achieve the symmetrical design, its industrial designers spent months on internal structure and component placement.

The smartphone comes with third generation NXP Smart PA (Audio Amplifier) for loud sound, deep bass, clear and crisp music. Moreover, the smartphone is dust and water splash proof and is thus IP64 certified.

Keecoo K1 has a 5-inch (1280x720p) with Antimicrobial Corning Gorilla Glass. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core (MT6735P) processor, which is paired with 2GB of RAM, and 16G of internal storage, with option to expand up-to 32GB via microSD card. The smartphone runs on (Version Unknown) operating system. It is backed up by a 2300 battery.

The Keecoo K1 has an 8-megapixel front camera with Sony’s sensor and special selfie software (It automatically makes your skin looks delicate and smooth) on the front. On the back it has 13-megapixel camera with Sony sensor, 6P lenses, and quick PDAF. The rear camera comes with Dual LED flash, where as the front camera offers Single LED flash for bright selfies.

Besides, the smartphone offers Dual (Micro SIM), dual standby, LTE, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), WiFi Hotspot, GPS/A-GPS, Light sensor, G-sensor, P-sensor, and Gesture. The handset measures 152.2 x 71 x 8.97 mm and weighs 145.2 grams.
