Maxx Mobiles today announced the launch of a new multimedia feature phone, named Primo MX428, which promised longer battery life. This will be the latest addition to Maxx Mobiles’ “Big Battery Series” which includes Hexa (MX155), Rave (MX182 and MX190), Buzz (MX188) and Super (MX424 and MX439).
Commenting on the addition to the series, Ajjay Agarwal, chairman and managing director, Maxx Group said, “Maxx’s latest addition to the Big Battery phones, Primo, is ‘primed’ to offer an unbeatable battery life. The bar designed Maxx Primo comes with an 1800 mAh battery, which the company claims, offers up to approximately 30 days of stand-by time. It features a 2.4 inch TFT screen, 1.3 megapixel camera with flash and dual LED torch. The phone offers a bi-lingual keypad, supporting both English and Hindi languages.
Priced at Rs 2499, the phone also comes with the King Movie player that allows users to enjoy full length movies and videos by compressing the actual video size to 1/10th without compromising on quality. To enhance the music experience while watching movies, videos and listening to music, Maxx Primo is equipped with big speakers. The phone also includes MMS/GPRS and incorporates multiple other features such as FM Radio, MP3/WAV/AAC/ format support for audio and 3GPP/AVI/MP4 format support for video as well as sharing and connectivity functions such as Bluetooth and USB
Maxx also provides a free 4 GB Memory card preloaded with audio and video content and has an expandable memory of up to 8 GB.
