As per the report, the LYF Earth 8 comes with a Gorilla Glass covering and a metal rim. It has 5 inch HD display, 64 bit Snapdragon 615 octa core processor, 3 GB RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. Besides, it is said to have expandable storage slot, 13 megapixel rear camera, 5 megapixel front camera, LED flash lights on both front and rear panels and a 2600 mAh battery.
Like other LYF phones, the Water 8 has also 4G connectivity, with VoLTE and VoWiFi features. The report further added that it comes with Android Lollipop operating system and will be launched in white and black colours. It is said to be 7 mm thin and weighs 122 grams.
Currently, LYF offers seven handsets in its Water series, namely -Water 1, Water 2, Water 3, Water 4, Water 5, Water 6 and Water 7. So it seems quite plausible for LYF to launch a phone in the same sequence. However, there is no information when this phone will be launched.
