After launching LYF F1 Special Edition smartphone few days back, LYF has silently launched a new variant of F1 Special Edition smartphone, which is dubbed as LYF F1 Plus. The smartphone is priced at Rs 13,099 and is available for purchase through Snapdeal.
Notably, the LYF F1 Plus has almost identical specifications as of F1 Special Edition smartphone, except the processor. The LYF F1 Plus is powered by a 1.6 GHz Octa-Core Samsung Exynos processor, where as F1 Special Edition is equipped with (1.52GHz + 1.21GHz) octa-core Snapdragon 617 (MSM8952) processor.
Like LYF F1 Special Edition, LYF F1 Plus offers a 5.5-inch full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4. It comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The phone can hold up-to 128GB of expandable storage via microSD card. The LYF F1 Plus runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system.
The F1 Plus has a 3200 mAh non removable battery, which claims of deliver talktime of up-to 4.2 hours and standby time of up-to 350 hours on 4G network. On camera front, LYF F1 Plus has a 16-megapixel rear camera with Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF), Dual LED flash on its back, and an 8-megapixel auto-focus front-facing camera with Single LED flash for selfies and video calling. Besides, the smartphone offers Dual SIM, 4G with VoLTE, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), GPS, Bluetooth 4.1, a Micro USB port, Light Sensor, E-Compass. The handset weighs around 152 grams.
