LYF brings Flame 4 4G smartphone at Rs 3,999

LYF Flame 4 comes in Black color and has a quad core processor.

A new LYF smartphone, named as Flame 4, has been found listed on the company’s website at Rs 3,999. At the price, the Flame 4 now shares the cheapest VoLTE smartphone tag along with Flame 3. It comes in Black color.

LYF Flame 4 features a 4-inch WVGA (480 x 800 pixels) display with 225ppi and Asahi Dragontrail Glass protection. It is powered by a 1.5 GHz quad-core processor, 512MB of and Mali 400 MP2 GPU. The smartphone runs on Lollipop 5.1 operating system and comes with 8GB of internal storage, which can be further expandable by up-to 32GB via a micro SD card.

The Flame 4 is backed by a 1400 mAh Lithium-ion battery, which claims to offer up-to 4.5 hours of talk-time and up-to 150 hours of standby time on 4G network. The Flame 4 has a 2-megapixel rear camera with an flash and a 0.3-megapixel front camera for selfies. Te camera features HDR, Panorama, Face Detection, Smile Shutter, Burst Mode, Slow Motion Video, Metering, White Balance, Anti-Banding and ISO.

On the connectivity front, the smartphone offers Dual SIM, 4G/LTE with VoLTE, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), 4.1, GPS, and a 2.0 port. The smartphone measures 122.5 x 64.4 x 10.25 mm weighs 117 grams.

Just yesterday, LYF launched the Flame 3 for Rs 3,999. The Flame 3 comes with a 4-inch WVGA (800 x 480 pixels) IPS display, a 1.5 GHz Quad-Core and 512MB of RAM. The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and gets the power from 1700 mAh Lithium Polymer battery, which claims to offer up-to 5 hours of talktime.

The LYF Flame 3 comes with 4GB of internal storage, which can be further expandable to up-to 32GB via a micro SD card. The smartphone sports a 5-megapixel snapper on its rear with an LED flash light while a 2-megapixel snapper is in its front. For connectivity, it offers two card slots, 4G, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, and a micro USB 2.0 port.
