LG V30 Plus could be announced alongside V30: Report

It seems that the company is also working on a new variant known as V30 Plus, which will be launched at the same time.

LG has already confirmed that it will be launching the latest flagship device, the V30 on August 31 at IFA 2017. However, it seems that the company is also working on a new variant known as V30 Plus, which will be launched at the same time.

According to a report by ETNews, both the devices could be released on September 15 in South Korea to compete with the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 8. The report further mentions that LG is planning to launch both the devices through three South Korean mobile network providers on the same day when Samsung will release its Galaxy Note 8 in the country.

Coming to the V30 Plus smartphone, the device will come with a 128GB of internal storage, whereas the original V30 will be backed by a 64GB storage. Further, the V30 Plus will come with wireless charging and there enhanced audio system as well. As for the pricing is concerned, the V30 Plus will come with a price tag of 1 million KRW, which roughly translates to Rs 56,206. Further, the LG V30 is expected to be priced at 800,000 KRW (approx. Rs 44,965).

LG has already revealed that the V30 will be the first smartphone to come with f/1.7 lens. The brand says that large f/1.6 aperture will deliver 25 percent more light to the sensor as compared to the f/1.8 aperture lens. LG further adds that the camera glass is made of Crystal Clear Lens which delivers greater light-collecting ability than a plastic lens as well as better colour reproduction.
