LG V30 latest render leak reveals smartphone from different angles

The render shows the device front, back and side panels of the upcoming device.

LG is leaving no stone unturned for its upcoming flagship smartphone, the V30. The company is all set to launch the device on August 31 at IFA 2017. However, we already know most of the features and specifications, all thanks to the company and the rumour mills. Now, a new render has emerged online, which reveals the device in full glory.

The leaked render was shared by a known tipster, Evan Blass on Twitter. The render shows the device front, back and side panels of the upcoming device. The front panel shows bezel-less display along with slightly curved edges. Interestingly, the company has shrunken the top and bottom bezels of the smartphone as well. The company has already announced that it is ditching the Second Screen, which was the main highlight of the V series, in favour of a floating bar. The top of the front panel houses a primary camera along with an earpiece and usual array of sensors.

The back seems to sport to a glass body and one can clearly see the dual-camera setup at the top centre position along with a flash and laser autofocus. Just beneath it, you will find a fingerprint sensor, which also acts as a home button. The right houses SIM slot, while at the left, there are volume controls. The top and bottom of the device could sport bands and so does the left and right side. That said, the device does give a distinct look when compared to LG G6.

LG has already announced that the V30 will come with a 6-inch QHD+ FullVision screen with a resolution of 2880 x 1440 pixels. LG further adds that the V30 will have 20 percent less upper and 50 percent less lower bezels compared to the V20. The display will be further protected with 5 that incorporates shatter-resistant technology.

On the camera front, the brand has revealed that the smartphone will be world’s first smartphone to feature f/1.6 lens. The brand says that large f/1.6 aperture will deliver 25 percent more light to the sensor as compared to the f/1.8 aperture lens. LG further adds that the camera glass is made of Crystal Clear Lens which delivers greater light-collecting ability than a plastic lens as well as better colour reproduction.

Coming to specifications, the smartphone is reported to be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 clocked at 1.9GHz. The device will be backed by a 4GB of and it is reported that it will come with a 64GB of internal storage.
