Back in January LG Electronics introduced its 2019 range of TVs with ThinQ AI at CES 2019 in Las Vegas. The company is now launching the 2019 AI ThinQ TVs in India including the UHD, NanoCell and OLED TVs with built-in Alexa and Google Assistant support for a starting price of Rs 24,990.
The new range of AI ThinQ TVs is powered b a second generation α (Alpha) 9 Gen 2 intelligent Processor and deep learning technology for upgraded AI-enabled picture, sound and brightness. The TVs are available from screen sizes of 32-inch to 77-inch and will support Dolby Vision, HDR10 Pro, HLG Pro HDR and Dolby Atmos.
LG’s new 2019 OLED TVs will allow users to control and make use of the TV using Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. Users will be able to use Alexa Routines tolling actions, get weather reports, daily horoscope through GaneshaSpeaks and over 20,000 Alexa Skills. The TV will also enable users to connect internal devices like soundbars and gaming consoles by speaking to Alexa.
Similarly, the built-in Google Assistant will allow users to select programs, open apps, control smart home devices and manage daily tasks. There’s an LG Magic Remote to search for shows, change TV settings and switch to different inputs and more.
Besides the OLED range, the new LG NanoCell TVs will offer users support for AirPlay 2 and HomeKit. The TVs come with Nano Color Full Array Dimming, Nano Accuracy and Nano Bezel. AirPlay 2 allows users to watch videos on the Apple TV App while HomeKit enables the ability to control the TV through the Apple Home app or Siri.
All new LG TVs come with built-in apps including Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Hotstar, YouTube, Eros Now, Zee5, AltBalaji, Hungama Play, Sun NXT and Yupp TV. There’s a 2-way Bluetooth feature which allows users to listen to the TV audio wirelessly on compatible audio device and connect the mobile with LG TV in order to enjoy music. Additionally, the TVs support Mobile Connection Overlay that enables users to view both the mobile and television screens simultaneously.

The new LG AI ThinQ TVs will be available in sizes between 32-inch and 77-inch and will range from Rs 24,990 all the way up to Rs 10,99,990.
