LG has added a new member to its tablet portfolio with the launch of LG G Pad X2 8.0 Plus. The tablet comes with a price tag of $240 and it will be available through T-Mobile for a monthly payment of $10 for 24 months.
The company has added a new Plus Pack, which is basically a box that attaches to the back panel via magnetic pogo pins. The box increases the battery capacity of the device to 6300mAh along with a detachable stand. The box is equipped with stereo speakers and a full-size USB port as well.
Coming to the specifications, the tablet features an 8-inch Full HD display with a screen resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels. Under the hood, there is a 1.4GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, though the Processor model is not known at the moment. There is no information about the RAM, though the tablet comes loaded with a 32GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 2TB via micro SD card slot.

On the camera front, it features a 5-megapixel rear and front cameras with HDR. The rear camera also supports 4x digital zoom. The tablet runs on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box and is backed by a 2,900mAh battery. On the connectivity front, the device supports 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 a/ac/b/n/u and Bluetooth 4.2.
