LG, which launched the LG G5 in India today for Rs 52,990, has also announced the LG G Pad III 8.0 tablet for its home market, i.e Korea. LG had launched the tablet in the USA and Canada few days back. The LG G Pad III 8.0 tablet is priced at 3,30,000 Won, which approximately Rs 18,630. The tablet will be initially available in South Korea and in Canada.
LG G Pad III 8.0 features 8-inch full HD (1920×1200 pixels) IPS display and is powered with 1.5 GHz octa-core MediaTek 8321 processor paired with 2GB RAM. The tablet runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system.
The tablet comes with 16GB and 32GB of internal storage, which is further expandable to up-to 64GB via microSD card. The G Pad III 8.0 sports an 8-megapixel with rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera. The tablet gets the power from 4,800mAh Li-Po battery.
On the connectivity front, the G Pad III 8.0 offers 4G LTE optional, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and USB Type A port. The tablet measures 210.7 X 124.1 X 7.9 mm and weighs 309 grams.
LG G Pad III 8.0 is available in black and white colour variants.
