LG had showcased the Action Cam LTE in the month of May this year. Now the company has officially launched Action Cam LTE in his homeland, South Korea. The device is priced at 399,300 South Korean Won (approximately Rs 23,580) and will be made available from tomorrow, July 19 onwards.
The LG Action Cam LTE is capable to shoot 4K videos @30fps and enable user to stream live directly to the video streaming websites (e.g YouTube).
The action camera has a 12.3-megapixel setup with 1.55㎛ pixels. It is capable to shoot 4K Videos @30fps, FHD videos @60fps and HD videos @120fps. However, the live streaming is limited to HD videos @30fps). The camera is IP67 rated, thus it is dust and water splash proof. It is powered by a Snapdragon 650 Chipset and backed up by a 1400mAh battery, claims 4 hours of continuous shooting.
Further, the Action Cam LTE comes with 2GB RAM, and 4GB of storage, which can be further expandable up-to 2TB via microSD card. On the connectivity front it offers 4G LTE, Wi-Fi (802.11 b, g, n), USB Type-C 2.0, in-built GPS, and Bluetooth 4.1. The camera measures 35 x 35 x 77.9mm and weighs around 95 grams. It is compatible with Android, as well as iOS smartphones.
