Of late we are seeing quite a number of news for upcoming Lenovo ZUK Edge smartphone. It looks like the launch of this smartphone is round the corner.
Last week, Chang Cheng, the head of ZUK, posted an image/poster on its Weibo account, revealing the name of the smartphone, which is followed by the leak of three real life images of alleged Lenovo ZUK Edge. Now the Vice president of Lenovo, posted the “About the Phone” screenshot on its on Weibo account, confirming some of the specifications and also the smartphone has been now appeared on Antutu.
Last month a ZUK branded smartphone model number Z2151 was found listed on Chinese certification site, TENAA, which as per reports could be none other than Lenovo ZUK Edge.
As per ‘About the phone’ screenshot, the ZUK edge will come equipped with 2.15 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor, along with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system, which is wrapped under ZUI 2.5.081.
As per Antutu, the Z2151 aka Lenovo ZUK Edge features a full HD display with Resolution of 1920 x1080 pixels. It is powered by 2.35 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 821, along with Adreno 530 GPU, 6GB of RAM, and 64GB of internal storage. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system. Further, as per listing it has 13-megapixel primary camera and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies.
As per TENAA listing, the upcoming ZUK Z2151 aka ZUK Edge phone features a 5.5-inch display with resolution of 1080×1920 pixels. It is powered by a 2.35 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor, along with 4GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB of internal storage. Whereas the About the phone’ screenshot shows the phone will be powered by a 2.15 GHz SD821, with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. As per Antutu, it shows 64GB as internal storage. Looks like company might launch the ZUK Edge in multiple variants.
The phone sports a 13-megapixel shooter with LED flash on the back and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. Further, as per listing the ZUK (Z2151) aka ZUK Edge smartphone is backed up by a 3000 mAh battery and runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system. The handset measures 142.9 x 74.5 x 7.68 mm and weighs 160 grams.
