Lenovo ZUK Edge smartphone was expected to launch on December 7, but that didn’t happened due to some unknown reason, but now we have the new date for the launch event of Lenovo ZUK Edge.
As per new launch teaser posted by Lenovo’s Group Vice President on its Weibo account, the smartphone will be launch in China on December 20 at 2PM (China Time).
Recently, a new image showing the ZUK Edge smartphone in white colour was also doing rounds online (see below).
Here’s what to expect from Lenovo ZUK Edge smartphone, courtesy to series of leaks and appearances over last one month.
The upcoming ZUK Edge could have a flat bezel-less display rather than a curved display as rumoured earlier. The smartphone might come in Black and White colour options.
The ZUK edge will feature a 5.5-inch full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x1080 pixels. It will come equipped with 2.15GHz or 2.35 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor, along with 4GB/6GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB/128GB of internal storage. It will run on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system, which is wrapped under ZUI 2.5.081, latest version of ZUK’s user interface. On the camera front, the ZUK Edge will sport a 13-megapixel primary camera and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. The phone will be backed up by a a 3000 mAh battery and will also house a fingerprint scanner. On the connectivity front, the smartphone will offer Dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, WiFi, GPS/A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.1, and a USB Type C port. The handset measures 142.9 x 74.5 x 7.68 mm and weighs 160 grams.

So if we sum up all the leaks and listing, it would be safe to assume that Lenovo ZUK Edge will come in multiple variants. But the fact is, a clear picture will emerge at the time of official launch.
