Lenovo has rolled out a software update for Vibe K5 Note which will bring VoLTE support to the phone. The OTA update is of 122MB in size and it also includes the Android security update for September, 2016.
The new software OTA update is compatible with the Reliance Jio network. You can manually check for the update via Settings > About Phone > System Update. After the update, the software version moves up to S312. With the update, the Lenovo Vibe K5 Note users will be able to make VoLTE calls on Reliance Jio network.
The Lenovo Vibe K5 Note 3 GB model is priced at Rs 11,999 while its 4 GB variant is available at Rs 13,499. The Lenovo K5 Note has a metal body and it comes with a fingerprint sensor. The phone has a 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixel) IPS display. The K5 Note offers 32 GB of internal memory and has a 128 GB micro SD card slot and has USB OTG functionality as well. The Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system based K5 Note has Vibe user interface and a 3,500 mAh non-removable battery with Fast charging support.
The Lenovo K5 Note has 4G connectivity, Bluetooth 4.1 and dual Band WiFi. The smartphone flaunts a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and an 8-megapixel shooter at the back. Besides, it has dual SIM.
