Lenovo will launch the Vibe K5 in India today. There is no information about its price as of now but considering its features and since its sibling, the Vibe K5 Plus is priced at just Rs 8,499, the Vibe K5 is expected to cost less than Rs 8,000.
The Lenovo Vibe K5 features a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display and is powered by the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 415 processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and Adreno 405 GPU. It comes with 16GB of internal storage, which can be expanded by up-to 32GB via a micro SD card.
The Lenovo Vibe K5 runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and is backed up by a 2750 mAh battery. The device has a 13-megapixel rear camera with an LED flash and a 5-megapixel selfie camera on the front panel. The connectivity options for the device includes Dual-SIM, 4G LTE, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and a Micro USB port.
Note that the Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus, which costs Rs 8,499, has a 5-inch IPS full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) display and is powered by the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 processor, 2GB of RAM and Adreno 405 GPU. The smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and has a 2750 mAh battery.
The Vibe K5 Plus sports a 13-megapixel rear-camera with an LED flash, a 5-megapixel front-facing sensor, 16GB of internal storage, 32GB expandable storage slot, Dual-SIM, 4G LTE, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and a micro USB port. The handset measures 142x71x8.2mm and weighs 142 grams. The smartphone comes with Dobly Atmos technology with two speakers on rear panel.
