Recently, Lenovo Vibe C2 images and specifications leaked by a Danish website, Winfuture.de. Now Roland Quandt of the same website claimed that the phone has been launched in Russia.
“Lenovo Vibe C2 (probably aka Moto E3) gone official in Russia,” tweeted Roland Quandt along with a link of the Lenovo Russian website to prove his point.
However, pricing and global availability of the phone is not known right now. The Lenovo Vibe C2 comes in Black and White colors.
The Lenovo Vibe C2 features a 5-inch HD IPS (1280 x 720 pixels) display. It is powered by a 1 GHz Quad-core MediaTek MT6735P processor, which is paired with 1GB of RAM, 8GB/16GB internal storage, and it can hold a micro SD card of upto 32GB in its expandable storage slot. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and has the Vibe UI on top of it. There is a 2750 mAh battery in this phone.
The Lenovo Vibe C2 sports an 8-megapixel shooter on the back with an LED flash light and a 5-megapixel selfie camera on the front. Besides, the smartphone offers Dual SIM, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/A-GPS, and a Micro USB 2.0 port. The handset measures 143 x 71.4 x 8.5 mm and weighs around 139 grams.
Some earlier media reports claimed that the Vibe C2 may actually be launched as Moto E 2016 in some countries. Lenovo Vibe C2 has the model number XT1021 which is inline to existing Moto E model numbers, like XT1527, XT1511, XT1505 & XT1524. Since Lenovo Vibe C2 is now official in Russia, may be the same phone will be launched as the Moto E (2016) in other global markets.
Earlier, Lenovo launched Lenovo Vibe C in India for Rs 6,999.
