Lenovo Ideaphone K900 smartphone, which was unveiled at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, USA earlier this year, will be launched in international markets on May 10. Soon after, the phone will be launched in the Indian market, sources familiar with the development told The Mobile India.
“The device will be launching in the International market on May 10, followed closely with the launch in Indian market. However, its launch date and the price for the Indian market has not yet been finalised,” the source added.
The Lenovo IdeaPhone K900 comes with a dual-core 2 GHz Intel Atom Clover Trail+ chip and runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system with custom Lenovo UI on top of it. Lenovo has used a 5.5-inch display that supports 1080p pixel resolution and offers pixel density of 400 pixels per inch. It is just 6.9 mm thick.
The slim IdeaPhone has a 13 megapixel camera (Sony Exmor Image Sensor) at the back with dual LED flash. This smartphone has 2 GB RAM.
For storage, K900 offers 16 GB on-board space out of with some would be reserved for system updates. Lenovo will offer the IdeaPhone K900 with Diamond Plate back panel or Striped Brushed back panel options.
