Lenovo today revealed three new K series smartphones which will succeed the K5 Note. The new handsets are named as Lenovo K6, K6 Power and K6 Note. Lenovo revealed the smartphones at the IFA event in Berlin, Germany.
All the three smartphones have unibody metal design and fingerprint scanner. Lenovo K6 features a 5-inch full HD (1920×1080 pixels) IPS display. It has 1.4 GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor, Adreno 505 graphics processor, 2 GB of RAM, Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system and a 3000 mAh battery.
Lenovo K6 comes in 16 and 32GB internal storage models; both have micro SD card slot as well. A 13-megapixel camera and an LED flash is in its rear panel while an 8-megapixel front-facing camera is in its front. The phone offers 4G/LTE, WiFi (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac), micro-USB port, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS/A-GPS.
Lenovo K6 Power has the same specification as the K6 except a bigger 4000 mAh battery and it comes in 2 GB and 3 GB RAM models which have 16 GB and 32 GB of internal storage.
Lenovo K6 Note, as obvious, has much better features including a bigger 5.5-inch touchscreen. However, it has same full HD (1080×1920 pixels) resolution. It too has the same octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 and Adreno 505 GPU. However, the K6 Note has been announced in 3GB and 4GB RAM models. The K6 Note runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and comes with a 4000 mAh battery.
Besides, the Lenovo K6 Note offers 32GB of internal storage, 128 GB micro SD card slot, 16-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and an 8-megapixel front shooter. For connectivity the smartphone has 4G/LTE, WiFi (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac), micro-USB port, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS/A-GPS.
All the three phones will come in Gold, Silver and Dark Grey colors. Lenovo has however not revealed anything about their prices or availability.
