Lenovo today announced the launch of Lenovo A7000 smartphone in India for just Rs 8,999, directly putting it against the Yu Yureka and Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G. Note that in order to participate in the flash sale, you have to register yourself first; registrations for A7000 will start at 2 PM today and will be held till midnight (11.59 pm) of April 14.
Lenovo is all set to announce a new smartphone, Lenovo A7000, in India today. Lenovo A7000 is said to be the first smartphone to feature the Dolby Atmos technology. Though there is no information about its price as of now, the handset is likely to be an affordable handset like its predecessor – the Lenovo A6000, considering the fact that it has to compete with devices like Yu Yureka and Redmi Note 4G.

The Lenovo A7000 has a 5.5 inch IPS display with high definition resolution. This 7.9mm thick smartphone runs on a 1.5 GHz MediaTek octa-core and has 8 internal storage, 2 GB RAM, and a micro card slot that supports up to 32 GB.

The 140 grams weighing Lenovo A7000 has a 2900 replaceable battery. It has an 8-megapixel camera on the back and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. It is said to be based on Lollipop operating system and comes with dual SIM, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, and LTE.
