A new ultra-cheap smartphone of Lenovo has been spotted online. The new handset, named as Lenovo A1900, has been found listed on Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba’s website for $46 or Rs Rs 2,868 approximately onwards.
As per the listing, the Lenovo A1900 has a 4 inch IPS touchscreen with 480×800 pixels resolution, a 1.2 Ghz quad core processor, 512 MB RAM, 4 GB of internal storage, and an expandable storage slot that can accomodate a micro SD card of up to 16 GB capacity.
Besides, this Android 4.4.2 operating system based smartphone is said to have a 2 megapixel rear camera but it doesn’t have any front camera. The 117 grams weighing Lenovo A1900 measures 121 x 62 x 9.5mm and comes with a 1500 mAh battery. Other than that, the A1900 offers 3G, WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth, and FM radio.
Currently, Lenovo cheapest smartphone in India is the Lenovo A369i which is being sold for about Rs 3,400. However, the poular budget smartphone of Lenovo is undboutedly the Lenovo A6000 that is being sold via flash sales for Rs 6,999. Lenovo has recently also introduced the Lenovo A7000 in India for Rs 8,999.
