Lenovo 8 inch tablet spotted with Android Marshmallow, Snapdragon 625

The unannounced tablet was spotted on a certification agency's website.

Seems like Lenovo is set to bring a new 8-inch tablet in the market. An unannounced Lenovo tablet has been spotted on the website of Chinese certification agency TENAA. Two versions of the Lenovo device with model number TB-8703N and TB-8703F have been spotted on TENAA.

As per the listing, both variants feature the same 8-inch full display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. Both are powered by 2.0 GHz octa-core 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 chipset, 2GB RAM/3GB RAM, 16GB/32GB internal storage and an expandable storage via a micro card. The tablet weighs 334 grams with a thickness of 8.7mm.

Both will have a rear camera with flash and a front camera with unlisted megapixel counts. The phones will run on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system backed up by 4250mAh battery. Connectivity options are expected to include Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS/A-GPS and a micro USB port. As per reports, the model TB-8703N will come with connectivity.

Recently, a 18.4 inch Lenovo PB2-90N was also spotted on GFXBench website.
