Coolpad and LeEco co-developed smartphone will be unveiled on August 16. Coolpad has confirmed the same on its latest teaser which has been posted on Weibo. As reported earlier, the phone is to be called as Coolpad Cool 1.
As per teaser, the Coolpad Cool 1 smartphone will be launched on August 16 in China.
Earlier, an image of the alleged smartphone has been leaked online, giving us a glimpse of the phone’s back panel that confirms Dual camera setup in the device.
As per reports, the upcoming Cool 1 smartphone will have a metal unibody and a 5.5-inch display with 2K (QHD) resolution. It is expected to have Snapdragon 820 processor, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The smartphone is rumoured to come with 3500 mAh battery and a fingerprint scanner on its back panel. Like LeEco smartphones, it is expected to come without a 3.5 mm jack and thus it will have USB Type C port which will be double up as an audio port. So if that happens, it will also come with CDLA earphones too.
Further, reports suggest that the smartphone will boot both EUI OS and CoolUI based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
