Spotting the prototypes and almost finished versions of top smartphones at the bar has been the new fad since last couple of years. Google’s upcoming Nexus 5 smartphone has been rumored along with images and FCC listings in last couple of weeks. Now 9to5Google spotted the images and videos of the Nexus 5 smartphone confirm the existence of the device.
As per the images, the Google Nexus 5 is indeed made by LG. Besides, it shows the Google Nexus 5 with a 5-inch full 1080p HD display, hopefully constructed using the Corning Gorilla Glass 3 technology. By default, the Nexus 5 will run Android 4.4 KitKat update powered by the quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 Chipset and 2 GB RAM.
One of the videos shows a new boot animation that can be expected with the Android 4.4 KitKat update. Also the CRT screen off style animation is back yet again. The Nexus 5 is purported to feature the 4G LTE support.
Google is expected to launch the Nexus 5 with Android 4.4 KitKat on October 31 but this is yet another speculated date and might change.
