A new Lava smartphone, named as Lava P7+, has been listed on the company’s official website for Rs 5,649. While there is no information about its availability yet, the Lava P7+ is the successor to the older Lava P7 smartphone, which was launched in January this year for Rs 5,499. The Lava P7+ comes in Gold and Grey colours.
The Lava P7+ has a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display, thereby offering pixel density of 294 ppi. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor which is clubbed with 1GB RAM. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
The Lava P7+ comes with 8GB of internal storage, which is expandable by up to 64GB via micro SD card. On the camera front it has an 8-megapixel Autofocus rear camera with HDR, Photo Timer, Grid, Digital Zoom and a 5 megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. Both the cameras feature LED flash.
The smartphone is powered by a 2500 mAh Li-Polymer removable battery. Besides, the smartphone offers Dual SIM, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/AGPS, FM Radio, 3.5mm jack, USB 2.0, Accelerometer and additional features like Night Pro, Intelligent Selfie, Pic Focus, Sound picture, and Smart Gestures. The handset measures 143.5 x 71.8 x 8.9mm.
