The Lava Iris X5 4G, which has been in the news for quite a while, is now available for purchase. The handset has been listed on Amazon India’s website for Rs 10,199 and is available for purchase. Ironically, though a white model was being shown in the listing, besides the product name Amazon said its a black model. Probably, the handset comes in both black and white models.
The Lava Iris X5 4G, as per the listing, comes with a 5 inch IPS touchscreen with high definition Resolution and is protected by Dragon trail glass. The phone has a glass back cover with anti-smudge coating. It has the latest Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system that runs on a 1.3 GHz quad core processor and 2 GB RAM. Storage wise too the phone looks superb with 16 GB of internal memory and an expandable storage slot that can hold a 32 GB micro SD card.
The Lava Iris X5 4G has a 13 megapixel auto focus rear camera with 1.4 micron pixel size, f2.0 aperture, 5P lens, Blue Glass filter and two LED flash lights. It has an 8 megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls. The front camera too has Blue Glass filter and it comes with 4P lens and can produce images in pixels of 1.4 micron size.
As the name suggests, the The Lava Iris X5 4G offers LTE connectivity. It has dual SIM, WiFi, GPS, FM radio, and Bluetooth. The handset measures 14.2 x 0.8 x 7.1 cm and weighs 127 grams.
