Lava A68 and A32 3G smartphones launched at Rs 4,599, Rs 2,999 respectively

While A68 comes with Marshmallow OS, the A32 comes with an older Kitkat OS.

Lava has silently launched two new smartphones, Lava A68 and Lava A32, priced at Rs 4,599 and 2,999 respectively. Both the phones are listed on company’s official website but as of now are not available for purchase. Lava A68 comes in Gold, Silver and Black colors while Lava A32 comes in Black and White color options.

The Lava A68 features a 4.5-inch FWVGA (800×480 pixel) display thus offering density of 207 ppi. It is armed with a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, and a 32GB micro SD card slot. The Lava A68 runs on 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. The phone has a 1750 battery.

The Lava A68 has a 5-megapixel rear camera and a front camera. Both the cameras come with flash light support. The rear camera has features like HDR, Photo Timer and Grid. Further, the smartphone offers Dual SIM, 2G/3G, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), GPS/AGPS, 4.0, a micro USB port and as well. The phone has additional features like Flash on call, Smart screenshot, Video PIP, Smart Music, Smart Gestures. The handset measures 134*66*9.6mm.

On the other hand, the Lava A32 has a 4-inch WVGA display that comes with 480 x 800 pixels and thus offers of 233ppi. It has a 1 GHz single-core which is coupled with 256MB RAM, and 512MB internal storage. You can add up to 32GB to its memory via a micro SD card. Based on an older Android 4.4.2 kitkat operating system, the Lava A32 draws its power from a 1500 mAh battery. It offers 10 hours of talktime on 2G and 9 hours of talktime on 3G.

The Lava A32 offers a 2-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash, and a VGA-megapixel front camera. Besides, the smartphone has two SIM card slots, 2G/3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, micro USB 2.0 port, Accelerometer sensor as well. The handset measures 124.4*64.6*10.8mm and weighs 263 grams.
