Lava A5 feature phone launched in India for Rs 1,399

The Lava A5 supports 22 Indian languages such as Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati and Punjabi.

Domestic manufacturer Lava has announced the launch of a new feature phone in the Indian market. Dubbed as Lava A5, the phone comes with a price tag of Rs 1,399 and it will be available across Lava service centre across the country.

The new feature phone from Lava comes in Rose Gold and Silver Blue colour options. The feature phone is equipped with a 2.4-inch display. The key highlight of the phone is ‘Super Ultra Tone Technology’ which eliminates any sound leakage to offer crystal clear sound during calls.

The Lava A5 supports 22 Indian languages such as Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati and Punjabi. The feature phone has a polycarbonate build and it is equipped with a 1000mAh battery and the company says that it can last up to three days on a single charge.

The dual feature phone is equipped with a VGA primary camera as well which is capable of zoom and video recording. It has an expandable memory of up to 32GB. Other features include flashlight, Call blink notification, Wireless FM with Recording, MP3/MP4 players, 3.5mm jack, Connectivity and Bluetooth. The dimensions of the phone are 123 x 51 x 12.85 mm.

Lava A5 feature phone comes with one-year manufacturer replacement guarantee and six months replacement for in-box accessories that includes battery and charger.
