Austrian motorcycle manufacturer, KTM has confirmedthat it will be launching its KTM 390 Adventure in India next year. Though the brand has not confirmed any timelines we expect it to hit the Indian roads by April 2019, after its global launch at the Milan Motorcycle Shows, which is scheduled for November 2018.
KTM 390 Adventure is expected to be priced in between Rs 2.5 lakh to Rs 3 lakh (ex-showroom). As far as specifications are concerned, similar to the KTM Duke 390, the tourer will be powered by a 373.2cc displacement, single cylinder, Fuel Injected, liquid cooled engine, which will generate the power of 42.9 bhp at 9000 rpm and peak torque of 37 Nm at 7000 rpm, which will be mated to a 6-speed transmission.
In terms of features, it will be equipped with the larger wheels, long-travel suspensions, dual channel ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) which might come with the on/off switching option, high-intensity headlamp, windscreen and pannier mounts.
