Vodafone 123 is one stop shop for a bouquet of exciting services such news, job alerts, astrology reports, sports, music, recipes, filmy gossip and more. The service provides customers the convenience of staying updated about all such offerings through a single number. Customers will no longer have to dial multiple IVR numbers to seek this information. 
Speaking on the initiative, Anuradha Aggarwal, vice president — brand communication and insights, Vodafone India said, “Through Vodafone 123, we want to give our customers an opportunity to explore more offerings without any hassle. The Voice based 123 service is an easy journey into the world of information and entertainment. It will not only make life simpler but would also allow the consumer to use their mobile for much more than voice service”
To promote 123, Vodafone has rolled out a fresh ad campaign featuring Irfan Khan and Prakash Raj. This campaign communicates how 123 will empower customers experience products and services that will help them do much more than just talk on mobile phone!
