In total there are 13 apps from the Jio of which only 9 are available on the Apple's app store.

Since the launch of Reliance Jio, a lot of attention has just been concentrated over the unlimited data, voice calls and SMS. However, Jio is also offering a bunch of other services via its own bundle. In total there are 13 apps from the Jio network of which only 9 are available on the Apple’s app store.

My Jio App

This app is basically the main management app for Jio and other Jio services. In fact, this app gives you the option of ‘Get Jio SIM’. Other features which MyJio app provides is Store Locator which helps you find different Jio stores near your place, Hotspot locator to identify various JioNet hotspot locations, Usage details regarding your Voice, Data & SMS, past 6 months statement and there is also an option of Service Requests. MyJio app is to Jio what My Airtel app is to Airtel.

Jio Chat

Jio Chat is Jio’s own chat messenger taking features from already existing famous chat messengers. Apart from usual text chat, users can share files of any format, up to a size of 100MB. The app also offers ability to connect to up to 5 friends through audio/video conference. One can also interact with various brand channels available on AJio app and gets access to video strips from various media channels. The App is multi-language and one can create a group of up to 500 members. You also get 1000+ fun stickers to play with.

JioTV

This app is Reliance’s own Live TV platform offering access to over 350 channels and past 7 days aired shows. The app offers TV channels in English, Hindi and other regional languages. One can also set reminders for different shows and lock their screen for zero disturbing once the show is on. Users can also Pause/Play Live coverage and the shows can also be played on Mini-Player which is a lot similar to YouTube.

JioCinema

While JioTV is Reliance’s go to TV app, Jio Cinema is its Movies app. The app claims to have a collection of over 1 lakh+ hours of content which include movies, music videos and popular TV shows. You can also create your own ‘Watchlist’ and resume playing from where you left. There is also an option for Dock Player which lets users browse side by side while watching the content.

JioMusic

As evident from the name, JioMusic offers a huge collection of Music from different genres. Further, users can create their own playlist and even download music and play afterwards in HD quality. Also, the app has music of in about 20 Indian languages and international music. Interestingly, the app comes with this option to choose between Light/Dark themes for late night music sessions. Moreover, there are also videos, presentations and podcasts which come along different articles making it an ultimate app for consuming reading content online.

JioMags

JioMags is a reading app with lots of magazines and other content available. Users can receive notifications about new issue, download content for offline use, and also can preview issues. Further, one can easily highlight, copy, and bookmark any content. The app can also read out the content for you if needed.

Jio XpressNews

Yes, you guessed it right. Jio XpressNews is the company’s primary News app which comes with simple and intuitive interface for easy navigation. Users can also save articles for offline use and even share it with your friends. You can easily customise what all news you want to see and even get notifications about the breaking story or cricket scores.

JioDrive

Just like any other such as Google Drive or Dropbox, Jio Drive does the same job. You can share any type of file of any size over this app. Customizability is another important feature of this app giving you access for easy categorisation, choosing favourites. Further, you can also back up your smartphone data such as messages & call logs and selectively sync it with your PC.

JioMoney

JioMoney is Reliance’s digital payment app which the company claims operate faster than cash payments on all Reliance stores. The app can automatically repeat purchases, gives access to various offers and also gives you the transaction history. Users also get coupons worth Rs 15,000 when they buy selected Lyf handsets. The coupons as of now is from outlets like M.O.D., Pizza Hut, Shopclues etc.

JioJoin

If your handset is not VoLTE enabled and you are wondering how you will make calls through Jio SIM, download the JioJoin app to make HD voice calls and to any number. The Smart Calling app allows you to use your phone’s dialer to make calls. The app also allows audio conferencing with up to 6 participants & video conferencing with up to 4 participants. As of now, this app is only available for devices.

JioSecurity

Jio Security performs everything from scanning your device for malware and viruses to help find your stolen or lost smartphone. It also helps restore contact information if it has been deleted by accident. Moreover, you can also block unwanted calls and SMS. This app can also instantly lock your phone if your SIM is removed which can come pretty handy when your phone is stolen and you need to protect the data on the device. Not only this, you can also wipe data from your stolen phone. It is also available for Android devices only as of now.

JioNewsPaper

While JioXpressNews was for quick news reading, JioNewsPaper gives access to various newspapers from across the globe. Not only this, you still get an option for offline reading and resume feature to start again where you left. Moreover, the required customisation is present here as well. The app comes with interactive animations which makes it for a life-like reading experience. Only Android users can download this app right now.

Ajio

This is Reliance’s own shopping app managed by its subsidiary Reliance Retail. From Denims to Footwear to Accessories, users can shop for everything through this app. Further, according to recent reports, Ajio has made quite an entry by making to the top list of downloads as soon as it was announced.
