Weeks after being spotted with no notch on the display, the upcoming OnePlus 7 has now gotten another set of leaked renders. The pictures leaked on the internet reveal some key features of the upcoming smartphone which is expected to launch sometime in Q2 2019.
As the company prepares to launch its first 5G smartphone, the more anticipated OnePlus 7 has been leaked through test renders. One main highlight of the render is a full-screen display with no notches and to aid that design, the OnePlus 7 in the picture comes with a pop-up camera. The pop-up selfie camera bears some resemblance to that of the Vivo NEX which was also aligned off-centre towards one side of the top.
With the presence of the pop-up camera, the OnePlus 7 will be featuring a bezel-less screen which spans to 6-5inches in size. Coming to the back of the phone, the device is now touted to feature triple-rear cameras though it’s unclear which type of a sensor will be used in the combined setup.
The device is expected to measure at 162.6 x 76 x 8.8mm. Additional details extracted from the leaked renders include an alert slider, USB-C, power and volume buttons on the right EDGE and no Headphone jack. There is no fingerprint scanner at the back which means OnePlus will keep pushing the in-display fingerprint scanner which debuted on the OnePlus 6T last year.
While not official, a few things are clear from OnePlus’ history. The OnePlus 7 will feature nothing else but the Snapdragon 855 with Android 9 Pie on top.
