As reported by TMI earlier today, Intex has launched its new Aqua series smartphone. The phone, named as Intex Aqua S7, is priced at Rs 9,499 and comes in Rose Gold, Dark Blue, and Champaign colours.
The Intex Aqua S7 features a 5-inch HD (720×1280) 2.5D curved glass display with DragonTrail Glass protection. It is armed by a 64-bit quad-core Mediatek (MTK6735) processor, which is paired with ARM Mali-T720 MP2GPU. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
The Aqua S7 gets its power from a 3200mAh battery, which claims to offer talk-time of up-to 22 hours and a stand-by time of up-to 256 hour. The smartphone comes with 3GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal storage, which can be further expandable up-to 64GB via microSD card. The smartphone also houses a fingerprint scanner, which is integrated on its back panel.
On the camera front, it has 13-megapixel Auto focus shooter with LED flash on the back, and a 5-megapixel selfie snapper on its front panel. The camera features include PIP mode, panorama mode, slow motion video,gesture shot, and smile detection. Besides, the Aqua S7 offers Dual SIM, 4G with VoLTE, Wi-Fi (802.11 a/b/g/n), Bluetooth:4.0, GPS/AGPS/Glonass, a MicroUSB port, Proximity Sensor, Light Senosr, Gravity Sensor, Tubo Download, Emergency Rescue, and apps like Matrabhasha, Saavn, Opera mini, Dailyhunt, and News Point. The handset measures 142.5 x 72.5x 8.7 mm and weighs 150 grams.
