Indian based mobile manufacturer, Intex has launched another smartphone in its Aqua series. Called as the Intex Aqua HD, the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system based smartphone comes with a 4.7 inch display with high definition resolution. The device is available through Snapdeal.com and will start being available through other retail and online channels in the coming few days.
The Intex Aqua HD is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad core processor, 1 GB RAM and 4 GB built in memory, which can be expanded further to 32 GB through a micro SD card. The Intex Aqua HD also boasts of a 13 megapixel Autofocus camera with LED flash. It also gets a 5 megapixel front camera featuring full focus lens.
Besides, the Intex Aqua HD comes with 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, and a micro USB port for connectivity. It has also a Li-Polymer battery with 1800 mAh rating that claims to provide over five hours of Talk time or offering up to 300 hours of standby time.
Presently devices like the Gionee Elife E3, Xolo Q800 and the Karbonn S5 titanium offer almost similar hardware specifications at a much lower price point. Therefore the Intex Aqua HD might have a hard time finding buyers at such a stark pricing.
