Intex has launched its new affordable smartphone under its Aqua series, which is named as Intex Aqua Classic 2. The smartphone is priced at Rs 4,600 and comes in Champagne colour. The Aqua Classic 2 will succeed the Aqua Classic smartphone which was launched in June this year for Rs 4,444.
The Intex Aqua Classic 2 features a 5-inch FWVGA display with 854×480 pixels and is powered by a 1.2GHz Quad-Core processor, along with Mali400 MP2 graphic processor unit . It comes with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of inter-storage, which can be further expanded to 32 GB via micro SD card. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. The Aqua Classic 2 gets its strength from 2200mAh Li-Ion battery, which the claims to deliver up-to 6 hours of talk-time and up-to 200 hours of standby time.
On the camera front, the Aqua Classic 2 sports a 5-megapixel rear camera with Dual LED flash, and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. Besides, the smartphone offers Dual SIM, 4G, WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth 2.1, a microUSB port, G-Sensor, Proximity, and Light sensor. The handset measures 145.2 x 72.6 x 10.9 mm.
