Intex has launched its new 3G budget smartphones, the Aqua Air, II for Rs 4,690, The smartphone was found listed on the company’s website, however there is no information about its availability. The phone is available in a Grey colour.
Intex Aqua Air II features a 5-inch FWVGA (480×854 pixels) TFT display with Corning Gorilla Glass coating and is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core (MT6572W chipset) Cortex-A7 processor which is paired with 1GB DDR2 RAM. The handset runs on older Android Kitkat 4.4 operating system and gets the power from 2300mAh Lithium-ion battery, which claims to offer talk-time of up-to 4-6 hrs.
The Aqua Air II comes with 8GB of internal storage, which is further expandable to up-to 32GB via microSD card. The smartphone sports a 2-megapixel with an LED flash and has a VGA front-facing camera. Connectivity options include Dual SIM, 3G, Bluetooth, GPS with AGPS/Glonass and a Micro USB port. The smartphone measures 145.5×72.8×9.9 mm and weighs 153.5 grams. The Sensors include Gravity, Light, and Proximity sensor.
Last week, Intex launched three cloud-series smartphones, the Cloud 3G Candy, Cloud 3G Gem and Cloud 4G Smart for Rs 2,999, Rs 3,599 and Rs 4,999 respectively.
