Infinix S4 launched in India with 32MP selfie camera, triple camera setup

The major highlight of the smartphone is the new glossy finish, dewdrop notch, triple-camera setup and a 32MP selfie camera.

Infinix has today launched a new budget smartphone in India, dubbed as Infinix S4. The smartphone is priced at Rs 8,999 and it will be available for purchase from Flipkart starting from May 28. The phone will be available in Nebula Blue, Twilight Purple and Space Gray colour options.

The major highlight of the smartphone is the new glossy finish, dewdrop notch, triple-camera setup, and a 32MP selfie camera. The Infinix S4 features a 6.26-inch display with 720 x 1520 pixels resolution, 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It has a water-drop notch design. The phone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek’s Helio P22 Cortex-A53 with a clock speed of 2.0 GHz, along with PowerVR GE8320 GPU.

The phone is backed by a 3GB of and 32GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 256GB via card slot. For security features, the Infinix S4 is equipped with a fingerprint sensor and face unlock feature.

For the camera department, the phone has a triple rear camera setup with a combination of 13-megapixel primary lens, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle secondary lens, and 2-megapixel depth-of-field sensor. The rear camera houses a dual-tone Quad flash. For the front, it comes with a 32-megapixel selfie shooter with features like AI-assisted Face Unlock, Cam, AI Beauty, and Bokeh (Portrait mode).

On the battery front, the Infinix S4 is loaded with a 4000mAh battery and it runs on 9.0 Pie with company’s XOS running on top of it. On the connectivity front, it features dual VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.0, WiFi, dual-SIM, GPS, GLONASS, 3.5mm and port. The phone measures 156 x 75 x 7.9 mm and weighs 155 grams.
