Sony has announced yet another large screen bearing smartphone, which is named as Xperia T2 Ultra. The phone also comes in dual SIM version which is called as Xperia T2 Ultra Dual. Apart from SIM slots, the new handsets are identical in terms of specifications. Sony has not announced the pricing and availability of the new Xperia T2 Ultra or its dual SIM version.
The Sony Xperia T2 Ultra comes in white, black and purple colours. It has a 6-inch HD TRILUMINOS display with 1280×720 pixels resolution. The display is backed by Mobile BRAVIA Engine 2.
Sony Xperia T2 Ultra is based on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system.
Sony has armed the phone with a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 MSM8928 mobile Processor which has clock speed of 1.4 GHz. The phones have 1 GB RAM, 8 GB on-board storage, and 32 GB micro SD card slot.
The Xperia T2 Ultra has a 13 Megapixel camera with Exmor RS sensor. This camera claims to be able to capture HD videos and has 4x zoom facility. In the front, the phone has a 1.1 megapixel camera with Exmor R image sensor.
Sony Xperia T2 Ultra and Xperia T2 Ultra Dual come with a 3000 mAh non-removable battery.
