Idea has announced special 3G data plans for the buyers of Sony S and Sony P tablets. As per the offer, customers buying any Sony tablet will get 25 per cent extra data.
Under this offer, anyone who buys a Sony tablet P or tablet S will be given 7.5 GB of 3G data downloads in place of 6 GB for a price of Rs 960 and 1.25 GB download in place of 1 GB for a price of Rs 360 valid for a month.
These plans, however, are completely optional and buyers of Sony tablets are not obliged to buy these plans along with the purchase of the tablets.
Both the special plans are governed by a fair usage policy which means that after the consumption of the allowed 7.5 GB or 1.25 GB of data in respective plans, users will be charged for the additional data consumed.
