As The Mobile Indian had reported earlier, Huawei has now made available its Y300 and G510 smartphones in India.
The smartphones can be pre-booked on Flipkart and will be available in the market in this week itself according to Huawei.
Huawei G510 is a part of Huawei’s mid-range Gold series and is priced at Rs 10,990. It comes with a 4.5 inch display with 480 x 854 pixels Resolution and comes covered with Gorilla Glass for improved durability. It has a 1.2 GHz dual core Processor on a Qualcomm chipset.
Huawei Y300, which is priced at Rs 7,980, is a part of the entry level Youth series of Huawei and comes with a 4 inch display and 1GHz dual core processor based on Qualcomm chipset.
Both the handsets also come with dual SIM connectivity, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system and a 5 megapixel auto focus camera on both the phones. Also, the phones have 512 MB RAM and 4 GB ROM. While Huawei G510 has a 1700 mAh battery, Y300 comes with slightly bigger 1730 mAh unit. Going by the specifications of the phones, it looks like a very good option in their respective price segments, however we would have liked at least 1 GB RAM on the Huawei G510.
