After teasing the launch of Huawei Watch GT in India recently, the company has now confirmed that the smartwatch will be launching in India next week.
As per the Huawei India’s official Twitter account, the Huawei Watch GT is now available for Notify Me option on Amazon India. However, the tweet does not reveal an exact launch date, it just carries the caption ‘5 days to go’. It means the company will be launching the smartwatch in India on March 12.

TheHuawei Watch GT was launched alongside the Huawei Mate 20 X back in October. In Europe, the smartwatch comes at a starting price of Euros 199 (approx. Rs 17,000). We expect that the smartwatch will be prices in India at around Rs 15,000
The Huawei Watch GT features a 1.39-inch OLED touch-screen display with 454×454 pixels and 326 PPI. The smartwatch comes with 24-hour heart rate monitor, GPS, real-time exercise and sleep tracking. It has all the important Sensors such as accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer, optical heart rate sensor, ambient light, and barometer sensor.
The new watch comes with an optical heart rate sensor and it features Huawei’s TruSeen 3.0 technology that the company claims to offer better heart rate monitoring. The Watch GT also comes with sleep tracking and there is an inbuilt GPS as well. The company claims that the Watch GT can last up to 2 weeks on a single charge. It also features a coaching mode that supports workout types like swimming, climbing, and more.
