Huawei launched two smartphones – Huawei P9 and P9 Plus – at an event in London on 6th April. Later, another Huawei smartphone, Huawei P9 Lite, was spotted by a Russian website and then on an European retailer’s website. Romanian retailer Cel.ro had listed the device in Gold, White, and Black colours at RON 1209 (approximately Rs 20,200). Now the device has been spotted on the website of Chinese certification agency TENAA.
As per the listing, Huawei P9 Lite has a 5.2-inch full HD 1080p display, a 2.0 GHz octa-core processor and 3GB RAM. It offers 16GB of internal storage, an expandable storage slot, a 13 megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash, an 8 megapixel front facing camera and a 2900 mAh battery. Huawei P9 Lite has a fingerprint sensor on its back panel and has a metal body.
The dual SIM phone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system with Huawei’s Emotion UI installed on top of it. Connectivity options of the smartphone include 4G-LTE, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS/A-GPS and a Micro USB port. The dimensions of the phone are 146.8 x 72.6 x 7.5 mm and it weighs 143 grams. The device is listed in Gold, Black and White colours.
